PRE-ORDER

PRE-ORDER

A pre-order is an order of (an item (s) of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped within (2-3 weeks) of the original purchase date. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. 

MIXED-ORDER

A mix-order consists of currently available order items  and pre-order items.  The currently available items will be shipped as regular delivery base on the time frame indicated. The pre-order items will be shipped at a later time estimated on delivery date. You will be charged only once for the shipping fees for both available items and pre-order items.

CONFIRMATION

You will always receive a confirmation email when all items are ready and being shipped. Your bank card will be debited the day of purchased.
